Cookie policy for the Garrisonbet Casino site
Start playingThis page explains how Garrisonbet Casino uses cookies on this site — the small text files a browser stores when you visit a page, and reads back on your next visit so the site remembers who you are and how you last set things up. It covers what we set, what we don't control directly, and how to turn any of it off.
Cookies in plain terms
A cookie doesn't run code and it can't read files on your device. It holds a short piece of data — a session ID, a language choice, a consent flag — tied to your browser rather than to you as a person. Some expire when you close the tab; others sit on your device for months.
What we store, and for how long
Cookies on this site fall into a small number of categories, each with a different job and a different lifespan.
| Category | What it's for | Typical lifespan |
|---|---|---|
| Necessary | Keeps you logged in to your session and remembers your cookie choice | Session or up to 12 months |
| Analytics | Records which pages get read, only after you consent | Up to 24 months |
| Marketing & advertising | Measures which channel brought you here, only after consent | Up to 12 months |
| Preference | Remembers display settings such as currency or language | Up to 12 months |
Necessary cookies are set regardless of your choice, because the site can't hold a session without them. The other three categories are only written once you actively accept them in the consent banner.
Third parties embedded in the page
Some of what loads on this site comes from outside services we don't run ourselves — an analytics script that counts visits, a chat widget, an embedded video player. Each of those can set its own cookie the moment it loads, under its own provider's policy rather than ours. We don't control what they store or for how long, only whether they're allowed to load at all on your browser, which is exactly what the consent banner decides.
Declining cookies without breaking the site
Turning off analytics and marketing cookies costs you nothing functionally — pages still load, forms still submit, your session still holds. Blocking necessary cookies is different: without them the site can't keep you signed in from page to page, so declining that category effectively logs you out on every click.
- Chrome – Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies, to view or clear stored cookies by site.
- Firefox – Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data, with an option to clear on close.
- Safari – Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data, listing every site with stored cookies.
- Edge – Settings → Cookies and site permissions → Manage and delete cookies.
You can also change your choice on this site at any time by reopening the consent banner from the link in the footer, rather than clearing cookies at browser level.
Updates to this policy
We revise this page when the categories of cookies in use change, or when a new embedded service is added to the site. The version live here is always the current one — there's no archived list of older wording to compare against.
Questions about anything on this page can go to [email protected]. This site is for players aged 18 and over (18+) only.
